When the weather outside is frightful…there’s nothing I love more than to bake! It’s such a fun family activity and keeps the house warm! My favorite things to bake are cookies and I know that my family appreciates it! My husband is a huge fan of plain ol’ chocolate chip cookies while my son favors sugar cookies. Me? I’ll take both!

There’s many times that I’ll be following a recipe and it calls for butter, so I just do what the recipe tells me to. But since I use spreads for almost everything else cooking-wise, why not for baking?
