Slimfast 14 Day Challenge Results #SlimfastChallenge

 

 

A few weeks ago I shared that I was starting the Slimfast 14 Day Challenge by replacing my breakfast and lunch with Slimfast products and then enjoying a sensible dinner along with snacks.

I was looking forward to the convenience of Slimfast. Mornings are always so hectic and I usually don’t eat anything until later afternoon – which is NOT healthy! But part of me felt that I would be deprived and wouldn’t be able to wait until a full meal at dinner.

These past two weeks? I haven’t felt deprived at all! I start my day off with a shake – my favorite is either the vanilla and strawberry. Both are so tasty and at 180 calories and either 10-20 grams of protein, it completely fills me up! I really want to try adding spinach leaves and some other fruit to really pack a punch to my breakfast! Lunch is usually a Slimfast bar – I LOVE the Cookie Dough! Throughout the day, I make sure to snack on items like fruit, veggies, string cheese and hard-boiled eggs. I’ll sometimes even make a little salad too. For dinner, I’ve been making low calorie and low fat meals that are filling and delicious.

I really wish that I could have worked some exercise in the last two weeks but I have been sick with a sinus infection and a bad cough. I’m finally getting over it so I can’t wait to get back to my gym. I have made sure to drink at least 100 ounces of water a day – I’ve been completely off soda now for over a year and a half!

So by now you’re wondering how much I lost on Slimfast in the last two weeks! Well, I am excited to share that I have lost 8.2 pounds! I am just so excited about this and I plan to continue to stay on Slimfast.

  4. I’ve been a fan of Slim Fast products for a long time! I love their shakes and they are a great way to eat something nutritious when you don’t have time to make something healthy to eat!

  5. WOW 8.2 pounds in 2 weeks is pretty amazing. I never thought Slim Fast worked that quickly. I don’t often have time to eat three meals a day and this would be perfect to take on the go, especially to work.

  6. Way to go! Eight pounds is a nice success for just two weeks. I am seriously considering Slim Fast to jump start my weight loss. It’s stalled a bit since the new year began because I haven’t been to my postpartum appointment yet…and therefore haven’t been cleared to exercise.

  11. I’m to the point where something like this is needed – I’m running A LOT but I get SO HUNGRY after I run. I end up eating ALL the food.

  23. I remember when Slimfast only came in the metal cans and in the powder form. I’m so glad that they’ve expanded and got some different flavors as well :)

  25. Congrats! I tried SlimFast in past, they have yummy foods and shakes in all honesty. I stopped though because I barely stick with any diet plan nor exercise plan but someday … I will stick with something and I will def look into this option again.
