A few months ago, we had friends over for our #DisneySide party! It was such a blast and I can hardly believe we will be in Walt Disney World in just a few months! One thing I can’t wait to get is a Dole Whip – delicious pineapple-flavored soft-serve ice cream available at both Disneyland and Disney World.
When we had our Disney planning party at home, I knew I had to serve up some homemade Dole Whip and I found the perfect recipe over at Chocolate Covered Katie. I wish my picture could have been a little bit prettier, but all the kids {and adults!} were too excited to start eating them that I only had time to snap a quick picture before it was completely gone! Best of all, it was SO easy to make and SO delicious!
Dole Whip at Home
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- 1/4 cup milk {I used coconut milk!}
- 1/16 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar of choice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Create
- – Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
- – Pour into a Ziploc bag and then freeze for 20 minutes.
- – Before serving, set out your cups and then cut off a corner of the bag to pour like soft-serve.
- – Enjoy!
One of my favorite things about Disney is the FOOD! I think my favorite is tied between the Schoolbread and the Dole Whips! What’s your favorite Disney treat?

I’ve not been to Disney so I don’t have a fav Disney treat! This sounds sooo good and it is so easy, too, I’m almost jumping up and down!!! Knowing that Schoolhouse bread competes with this recipe as to how good it is, I must find a copycat recipe for it, too!!!! Oh boy, yummy!
