Big Fish Games has just been cranking out all of these fun games over the past few months! Don’t they realize they are taking me away from being productive?! No, parents need this kind of time to themselves to play a fun game! I love sitting down with my iPad after the kids go to sleep to get some game time in. My latest addiction is Panda Pandamonium – it’s fun, challenging and just cute!
Panda Pandamonium is a one-of-a kind matching game based loosely on Mahjong. The game is unique and requires strategic matching of pairs of tiles in order to crash through obstacles, trigger bonuses, and ultimately save two adorable pandas from hungry dragons and their minions!
The game was developed by the team who brought players the critically acclaimed games Fetch, Drawn: The Painted Tower and Drawn: Trail of Shadows. It’s this team’s first game outside of the adventure genre.
I love match games and Panda Pandamonium has become my current favorite. The objective of the game is to save the cute pandas from the hungry dragons by matching pairs of tiles that crash through obstacles the dragons have set in your path. There are new levels being added constantly, so it’s hard to get bored with the game.
You can also earn a Special Level Bonus – match all of the gold tiles in a level to fill the bonus meter. Once full, the bonus will activate, helping you clear sections of the board. You can also earn bonuses by rapidly matching tiles without making a mistake.
You can advance to another level by earning at least one star but the game challenges you to try and earn three! If you’re stuck on a level, you can buy boosts and extra lives using Jade, the in-game currency. But because Panda Pandamonium is also a fun social game, you can connect to Facebook and play with friends. You can gift each other lives and beat their high scores! Isn’t that PAWSOME?!
This is the only kind of Pandamonium that I want to add to my life! Panda Pandamonium is available for FREE on the iPhone and iPad.
