My family loves visiting Orlando, Florida (even though it’s a 16 hour drive) and we will find any excuse to travel there!
We are SO excited about the opening of LEGOLAND Florida, which is only 100 days away from Opening Day!
LEGOLAND Florida is geared specifically towards youngsters ages two through 12. With over 50 family rides, “hands-on” attractions and shows, LEGOLAND Florida provides education, adventure and fun in this second park of its kind in the United States.
With a toddler, I’m especially excited about the addition of LEGOLAND to Florida! LEGOLAND will be a fun, family-friendly park with plenty to do for children!
I’ve got lots of photos to share with you of the progress of the park and also a cool video!
The Royal Joust, where kids ride LEGO-themed horses through a number of medieval scenes where they encounter other riders in a simulated joust.
LEGO TECHNIC® Test Track is a “wild mouse-style roller coaster where brave guests feel the power of acceleration, braking and maneuverability as they race a life-size LEGO TECHNIC vehicle along a wildly twisting track.
Check out this great video of the park!
Make sure to become a fan of LEGOLAND Florida on Facebook where you can stay updated on all of the latest news about the park!
They are also having a fantastic special where you can get a FREE Child Ticket to the Grand Opening of LEGOLAND Florida when you purchase an adult single-day ticket!
The Facebook offer is available only for October 15th or 16th on LEGOLAND’s Grand Opening page!
Will you be visiting LEGOLAND in Orlando, Florida?
My kids are so excited for this….although living in NY, we may not get there for the opening…LOL! It is going to be awesome!!
LOL, same here! I can’t wait to visit though!
That looks so cool! We might have to add it to you vacation bucket list.
Definitely! I can’t wait!
Cool! I’ve never even heard of it! We’re only about 8 hrs from Orlando! I’ll definitely check it out when the babies get a little bigger!
Pst. Legoland is actually going to be in Winter Haven, which is almost an hour from Orlando 😉 It took over the old Cypress Gardens location…hoping it will do better there because that area is severely off the beaten path!
Sounds great! That will be so fun, wish it was a bit closer to disney, we drive 14 hours to get there. I am a vacation planner though so if you ever need prices on Disney let me know. I SU liked ya too. 🙂
