At the start of each week, I like to sit down and menu plan. Sometimes it seems like we are always eating the same old stuff for dinner, so after looking in my refrigerator, freezer and pantry, I came up with breakfast for dinner! Since my husband works retail, we never get to have a big family breakfast, but I figured we could for dinner!
We recently went shopping at Sam’s Club to stock up on some bulk items – I love to get fresh fruit from there because we go through it quickly and I wanted to take a peek at the frozen food section.
While at Sam’s, I was excited to find the Tyson Breakfast Bowls! In the frozen breakfast food among waffles, fresh fruit and sandwiches, these definitely stood out! When planning our Breakfast for Dinner meal at home, I knew the Breakfast Bowls would be a fun addition to our meal!
The Tyson Breakfast Bowls look small, but they are full of eggs, cheese and sausage and are so filling! For only $9.68, you get 12 Breakfast Bowls!
Make sure to check out my whole shopping trip to Sam’s Club in my Google + album!
Now that I knew what the main course of our Breakfast for Dinner would be, I set about completing it! My son LOVES bacon and doesn’t get it very often, so I thought I would make him some turkey bacon to go along with the breakfast bowls. Add some fresh fruit and yogurt and he and my husband would be very happy!
Hayden was so excited to be having BREAKFAST for DINNER!!!
{I’m going to admit that I tried the Breakfast Bowls for breakfast one day and they were SO good! I couldn’t wait to try them for dinner also!}
When starting dinner, my son was HUNGRY so he started on some yogurt right away. The best thing is the Tyson Breakfast Bowls are microwavable, so 1 minute later they were ready!
Our #TysonBreakfast meal for dinner was a huge hit in our household! I loved the combination of all of the ingredients together. I had to cut some of the bowl up for my son to eat more easily, but my husband and I had no problems! The bread bowl kept everything together nicely!
Since my husband is always in a hurry in the mornings, he’s loved the Breakfast Bowls because he can eat them on the go! Breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks – the Tyson Breakfast Bows are good any time of day!
