Who’s your favorite Blue Ribbon Bunny? Well, Clover of course! We are HUGE fans of Sofia the First in this house and my favorite character on the show {yes, I have a favorite character} is Clover! He’s such a great sidekick and gives Sofia the best advice, right? We love Sofia the First to much that we even threw a Sofia themed #DisneySide party last weekend. To continue the fun at home, we made Clover’s Bunny Tails dessert – a delicious and easy recipe!
This is a super easy dessert to make and is perfect to snack on while watching Sofia the First. It would also be a great treat for Easter, too!
Ingredients
– Large Marshmallows
– White Chocolate Chips or Candy Melts
– Shredded Coconut
Directions
– Melt the white chocolate chips or candy melts. I usually add a little bit of vegetable oil to thin out the chocolate a bit.
– Put a large marshmallow on a toothpick and then dip into white chocolate.
– Quickly dip into a bowl of shredded coconut and roll around making sure it’s completely covered.
– Place onto plate for it to harden.
– Enjoy!
