Weeknights are always busy with 3 kids and various activities, so I’m always looking for a dinner that is quick but delicious. My kids love pasta so we make it fairly often but if I can sneak some healthy food in there too, it’s a winner in my eyes! I love this recipe. I adore this brand of imitation crab, I can’t help but eat a whole bag full before I can make a recipe, so I must have a few extras!!!

Thanks, l loved the recipe. I improvised a bit and substituted dry vermouth for white wine and added some small cooked shrimp and some diced tomatoes.
Nora says
Is there anything else that can substitute the wine ? I cannot have any alcohol.
Connie T says
Nora,
Yes. If you don’t want to use wine, you can definitely substitute chicken broth for the wine. It will be just as tasty!
