I participated in an Influencer Activation Program on behalf of Influence Central for Littlest Pet Shop. I received a sample to facilitate my review and a thank you item for participating. #MC #sponsored
Kids are so naturally creative. They see the world in infinite possibilities. I love when I can find toys that allow them to design and invent. The second I laid eyes on the new sets from the Littlest Pet Shop I was super excited!
Our family received the Littlest Pet Shop Style Set, Blythe Bedroom Style Set, “On With The Show” Pet Pair featuring Penny Ling and Vinnie Terrio and the “Passport to Fashion” dvd.
Of course the only proper thing to do would be to host a Littlest Pet Shop party with a few of my kids’ favorite friends!
My daughter has adored anything LPS for years. She started right away with hand drawn invitations. Check these bright colors and her favorite characters; the creativity was already flowing!
Now to properly decorate for the occasion. Shiny star balloons and a few pom-poms that only come out for the special events and Maddy’s favorite Littlest Pet Shop characters topped the cupcakes. Minka Mark made an appearance on one of our lemonade glasses!
The kids dove right into the activities. I had printables from the Littlest Pet Shop Printables page on their website. Psst… they also have more than a few Littles Pet Shop Games available and trust me, the kids had no idea that they were working on their motor skills and reasoning abilities WHILE they were having fun.
This gave me time to get the LPS play sets ready in the family room. I loved how our little group spanned from ages 4 to 9 and everyone had fun. The little ones just dug right in, ignoring directions and seeing what pieces fit together. The middle one, my son, found all of the included directions and went to work-I’m surprised he didn’t put his construction hat on with how detail-oriented he was with his plans.
The older girls, well, they are Littlest Pet Shop vets by now! They had about five different rooms built and styled with Deco Bits in the first ten minutes. They loved the tiny accessories that plug into the walls of the room as flair, the furniture and other accessories and even some of the characters’ hair. We all know that sometimes the occasion calls for just a bit more style, right?
The sets stack vertically and horizontally. They can basically make their own town, from designing individual rooms to the city skyline!
This was our youngest’s creation. She laughed at the the fancy flower bedecked light in Penny Ling’s bedroom. While overhead, Sunil Nevla looked a little skeptical about the tree growing out of the roof.
Everything had little stickers to truly personalize everything!
In the “On the Show” Pet Pal set, Vinnie and Penny get extra glamorous when you swap out hats, headdresses and other fun accessories!
Is it just me or do the Littlest Pet Shop critters keep getting cuter? You can meet all of the newest pets along with Blythe Baxter, a fashionista with her own pet fashion line, of course! You can meet all the new guys and watch introductions on the LPS website. You will also find Littlest Pet Shop apps to bring Blythe, Russell Ferguson, Mink Mark and the rest of the crew to life virtually.
The little group played happily for over an hour and would have continued if it hadn’t been a school night. And if we didn’t have one more surprise lined up…
The Littlest Pet Shop “Passport to Fashion”! We enjoyed a number of different episodes starring our new LPS characters!
There are so many configurations in just the few sets we received, I know for sure that by the time Christmas rolls around there will be more than a few of the new sets on their Santa lists! There are over 100 new pets to collect!
Make sure you check out the Littlest Pet Shop show on the Discovery Family Channel.
Sweet T would flip for this playset! Maybe for Christmas?
These are really cute and I love when a popular brand let’s kids still be creative. i think the ShopStyle set would be a favorite for my girls.
This sounds fun! I know a group of kids that would love it.
How sweet. I wish my kids were little so that I could get it for them. At 12 & 20, they just might look at me funny if I did. (Come to think of it, this might just make great gifts for my great-nieces.)
I sure wish my children were near that age yet. The pictures looked so cute and am sure they enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing.
My daughter is a huge LPS fan, so this is perfect for her! I will tell Santa to consider this at Christmas.
My dear daughter would love this. Can’t wait to check it out!
Since Gidget was itty bitty she’s loved LPS toys. She had over 75 of them at one point. I’m kinda sad that she doesn’t play with them as often anymore because I’d love to sit and play with her with one of the Design Your Way kits.
I so love LPS! I remember getting them as presents for Christmas when I was a kid and now that I can share them with my children it’s so great. Plus the stackable mix and match ability is AWESOME. Always a new layout whenever you want.
Those look like a lot of fun. What a little artist you have there!
We love The Littlest Pet Shop. I like how it has so many componenets and pieces to add to the collection. They are adorable.
Kids can come up with all kinds of fun stories and scenarios with these little toys. I love the sets!
Very cute set! It looks like so much fun, I would totally join in and build and play!
My daughter is addicted to LPS. We have an entire “under the bed” drawer full of the little critters. 🙂
I remember when LPS first came out! My neice would really enjoy this set. It looks super cute. Thanks for sharing!
