We recently went over to my Mom’s house to help decorate her Christmas Tree {Hayden is SO into Christmas, so we are making the rounds and helping people decorate their trees. You need help? Give us a call!} and my Mom went all out on snacks.
Hayden is a fruit lover, so she made him his very own Fruit Christmas Tree, which he loved! You can use whatever fruit you love, but since Hayden loves grapes, raspberries and strawberries, that is what my Mom used.
Materials and Ingredients
– 1 Green Styrofoam Cone {Purchased from Michael’s or craft store{
– Toothpicks
– Assorted Fruit {This tree was made of grapes, raspberries and a Strawberry Star. A pineapple in the shape of a star would be cute too!}
Create
– Cover the Styrofoam cone in toothpicks.
– Attach fruit to toothpicks.
– Enjoy!
What fruit would you put on your Christmas Tree?
Love this idea. Healthy and easy to make!
I love this, too! We tried this last year with a mix of fruits (kiwi slices, pineapple, grapes)… and underestimated how much we’d need to fully cover it. I think this year we’ll stick with grapes, too — they’re the favorites here, anyway! Your tree turned out great!
I’ve done this with cranberries for a pretty but inedible look. I like the green grapes, maybe I would mix in some red or dark purple grapes too!
very cute and creative!! my kids will love making this-thanks for sharing. so healthy too-which is always great. I’d put grapes and cantelope chunks
This is too cute! Your mom is pretty creative…love it! Way to go Grandma!
This is so cute! I am going to show my mom for our Christmas Eve party.
That is a perfect healthy option for the holidays!
I love this!! What a great idea for a holiday treat!

Hey excellent website! Does running a blog such as this require a great deal of
work? I’ve no expertise in coding but I was hoping to start my own blog soon. Anyways, should you have any ideas or tips for new blog owners please share. I know this is off subject however I just needed to ask. Kudos!
Hmm it looks like your website ate my first comment (it was
super long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I had written and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog.
I too am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to the whole thing. Do you have any suggestions for inexperienced blog writers? I’d
certainly appreciate it.
