Saturday we had a Pull-Ups Potty Dance Party!
I was so excited to throw this party! Hayden is now three and I feel we really need to start potty training soon. I plan on starting hard core after we get back from Disney World.
I have been trying to prepare myself as much as possible and I’ve been reaching out to other parents who have gone through the potty training experience.
Make sure to check out my Potty Training Q & A that I posted yesterday. I asked lots of questions on Twitter and got lots of fantastic answers!
Saturday, March 5th was Pull-Ups Potty Dance Day!
They had a Dance Party at the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis.
Check out their Events Page on Facebook to see if a Potty Dance Party is coming to your city!
I decided to make our own Pull-Ups Party a Pirates and Princess Potty Party!
I invited 4 little Pirates and 1 little Princess.
We had a feast!
We had “Sandy-wiches”, “Pirate Fresh Fruit” and “Seaworthy Salad”!
The Pirates and the Princess ran around!
We ate and had dessert!
For dessert we had Key Lime Pie, Cheese Cake and Pound Cake “Fries” and Strawberry “Ketchup”!
After that was all done it was time to get down to some business!
I had the Potty Training Success DVD playing in the background while we ate. It gives GREAT tips on potty training, from starting to the success of having your child potty trained! (Psst, the video is FREE! Go order one!)
We got out the Potty Mats that we received and put them in front of the TV.
The Pull-Ups Mats are a Step by Step Guide to show your toddler how to do the Potty Dance!
Unfortunately, I had a problem with the TV and DVD so I couldn’t get the dance to play on the TV. Luckily, Pull-Ups had sent me a Flash Drive with the dance on it, so I was able to play the video on the computer for the Pirates and Princess!
They LOVED the video! I can’t even tell you how many times we watched it! Over 10 times at least!
We received lots of goodies from Pull-ups for both the Toddlers and the Moms!
Each Pirate (and Princess!) Ā received in their Goodie Bags from Pull-Ups:
A Potty Training Success DVD
A Pull-Ups Potty Dance Mat
Potty Dance Coloring Pages
Reward Stickers
Pull-Ups Coupons
I added to the Goodie Bags and gave the Pirates a Pirate hat, stickers, tattoos, dinosaurs, fruit snacks, Pull-Ups Wipes, a package of Pull-ups and more!
The Princess got the same but got Princess stickers, Bracelets and a Tiara!
Check out Pull-Ups Potty Dance Tools Page where you can obtain a lot of these goodies for your own Potty Training Adventures!
We had such a fantastic time at this party! And you know what the best thing is? Ollie and G asked to go potty after they did the dance! Hayden, of course didn’t, but we need to get this boy interested in potty training!
Have you seen the Potty Dance Video by Ralph’s World?
I have had this song stuck in my head since Saturday! I guarantee you will too! š
Make sure to check back when I have a giveaway from Pull-ups!
Disclosure: Pull-UpsĀ® training pants provided product and potty training incentives for myself and my Potty Dance Day Party guests. Additionally, the brand supplied me with a Flip cam to document my experience, covered my incidentals from the party and provided me with a reader giveaway. However, my opinions on the product and Potty Dance Day experience are entirely my own and I have not been paid to publish positive sentiments towards Pull-UpsĀ® or their products.

Now that was just the best party and potty training success always calls for celebration! I guess in your case the party was a little early, but heck, you can throw another one when you’re done.

Wow! That was quite the party. My little guy, Linden, is two. We just started potty training and so far it’s been a breeze. I expected to be pulling my hair out but he just ‘gets it’. We’re still working the kinks out but I’m really proud of the progress we’ve made. I’m a new follower … just stopping by to say a quick hello!

That looked like a great time for the kids. No better reason to throw a party than just because. Thanks for adding the info for the potty DVD, just ordered mine. It’s a little too early for Izzy to get the hang of it anytime soon but I’m sure it would hurt to get her used to the idea.
