If you want to do something about this then you need to try and speak with others to see if you can ground yourself. Feeling disconnected can be a dangerous feeling and it can also lead to other symptoms too, such as changes in sleep and appetite. If you don’t feel as though there is anyone who you can talk to then this is understandable, but there are plenty of online services out there you can rely on. When you do, you will soon find that it’s easier to find someone who cares about you and who can help with the way you feel.
So as you can see, it’s very easy for you to get the self-care you need, when you need it. If you aren’t aware of the signs however then it may be that you don’t seek help soon enough which can have an impact on your mental health and the way you feel daily.
