Easter is in just a few weeks and if you’re looking to make a cute treat for the kids, these Easter Carrot Pops are perfect!

Easter Carrot Pops
Ingredients
Giant marshmallows
Wilton orange chocolate melts
Wilton light green chocolate melts
Orange sprinkles
Green edible Easter grass

You will also need:
Green lollipop sticks
Crushed Oreo’s for effect
2 microwave safe bowls

Directions
Microwave your chocolate melts into separate bowls for 4 to 5 minutes on 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.

Dip three quarters of your marshmallow into the orange chocolate, stick a lollipop stick in the bottom of the orange side.

Top off with sprinkles and let harden.
Once your orange chocolate is hardened, hold your stick, and dip the top of your marshmallow in your green chocolate and let harden.

Cut your edible Easter grass into 2-3″ pieces.

Poke a lollipop stick in the center of the green top.
Now place about 5 pieces of edible Easter grass into the hole.

Serve on a bed of crushed Oreo’s as dirt!
