A little while ago, this HUGE tote showed up at my door:
And from the second I laid eyes on it, I knew I was in love! As a crafter, nothing gets me as excited as those familiar colors: bright orange of Elmer’s and hot pink of X-ACTO products! What was in this tote? You might have to sit down for this!

Are you still sitting? Good! Because…
Imagine all of the holiday craft projects you will be able to do!
But first, here is a little craft I have been working on using all of this new gear:
I used the amazing X-ACTO Gripster Craft Knife and the Designer Series 12″ Metal Ruler to easily cut an “A” out of the Elmer’s Foam Board. I love the shabby chic look of linen, so I wrapped the A shape in strips of natural colored linen and secured them with CraftBond Glue Spots.
The 12″ X 12″ Designer Series Self Healing Mat was the perfect work surface. The Decorative Shape Template had a fun little shape that would make lovely Poinsettia petals.
A few more Glue Spots to secure the petals on one side of the “A” and then I added a little shading with the very versatile Painter’s Markers. I finished the flower with Glue Spots and it was ready to hang with some fancy ribbon!
Be sure to check out the Elmer’s Craft It! Facebook page for inspirational ideas and information on new products!
Now, here is your chance to win:
