The Holidays are almost here and if you’re like me, you are thinking about what dishes you will be making! We always visit family so I don’t have to worry about making a big meal, but I do like to bring a side dish with me! I usually always bring a veggie dish, so I’ve been looking up some delicious recipes to make!
I am a huge fan of Country Crock – my husband and I have been using it for years – so I was excited when they sent me some vegetable recipes that would be perfect for a Holiday Dinner!
I’m torn on what to bring but right now I’m debating between the Easy Creamed Corn or the Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Cauliflower {this sounds so interesting!} both which include some delicious Country Crock Spread!
There’s also Holiday Broccoli Saute and Baked Spiced Squash which sound delicious also! Now, I’m thinking I may have to make these dishes BEFORE my Christmas dinner to sample them myself! 😉
You can also check out The Crock Country Chronicle, a site that provides great recipes and tips on entertaining! Their Chocolate Pecan Pie sounds to die for!
Country Crock wants to make sure your kitchen is fully equipped for all the delicious veggie dishes you will be preparing this Holiday Season! They are offering one lucky reader this amazing prize pack that will help you with your cooking!
