We waited awhile to potty train Hayden but I’m honestly glad we did. He picked up on it so quickly and within days, he was done and wearing his boy boy undies! He was even sleeping through the night without having to go to the bathroom. Lately, my husband and I have realized that whenever he has a busy day and he goes to sleep exhausted, he sometimes doesn’t wake up to go the bathroom and has an accident.
Luckily, that is where GoodNites Disposable Bed Mats come in!
If your child still occasionally wets the bed then GoodNites Disposable Bed Mats are what you need! The new GoodNites Disposable Bed Mats give parents a simple solution that helps protect sheets for an easy clean up! They feature adhesive strips to keep the mat in place during sleep in addition to being soft and quiet. They also have a built-in leakage barrier!

Here are a few ways you can help your child have a better night:
– Use GoodNites® Mats to manage frustrations and sheet changes.
– Try a bedwetting alarm to help your child learn to respond to the feeling of a full bladder.
– Set up a reward system, such as a progress chart where your child gets a sticker for every night he or she stays dry.
– Use a nightlight to illuminate the path to the bathroom.
– Avoid liquids and caffeine before bedtime, and never punish your child for wetting the bed. Remember, it’s a common issue he or she can’t control and laying blame is only going to make it worse!
