The sun is just starting to come out in our area of the world. The kids are spending more time running around outside and playing in the sprinklers. We even have a family trip planned to this beautiful beach in southern California!
We were given the opportunity to review the Goddess Garden Organics Sunny Kid and Sunny Baby Natural Sunscreen.
There are so many sunscreens on the market targeted to children and babies. Not only do they have sensitive skin, but we also hear so many scary things regarding harmful chemicals being used in these sunscreens.
The Sunny Baby Natural Sunscreen also has vitamins and antioxidants that we want for our precious children. It is pediatrician and Dermatologist recommended.
PROUDLY TOP RATED AN EWG BEST SUNSCREEN PICK IN 2012 FOR ITS SUPERIOR EFFECTIVENESS AND NON TOXIC FORMULA.
It is $17.99 for 3.4 oz
This sunscreen was soft on our babies sensitive skin. It had a soft scent and rubbed in fast. It wasn’t greasy and when splashed, it didn’t hurt my baby’s eyes.
The non-aerosol container is also good for the environment, the container is fully recyclable. This is the first natural sunscreen on the market in a continuous spray.
The Sunny Kids Natural Sunscreen is biodegradable, reef-safe, gluten-free, cruelty free, vegan, non-GMO and also made in the USA. It’s mom-made and approved, and WBEN certified company.
It is $21.99 for 6 ounces.
It is so hard to get our two older children to wear sunscreen! They hate the residual spray stinging their eyes. The Sunny Kids aerosol spray rubs in easily. It is also a non-greasy formula. My four year old has sensitive skin, anything harsh and he breaks out into hives. Our allergist said to stick with products that are as natural as possible. This sunscreen did not bother his delicate skin in the least.
