If you’re in St. Louis, you know about Grant’s Farm! If not, Grant’s Farm is the 281-acre ancestral home of the Busch family {yes, Anhuser-Busch!}, and is home to more than 900 animals representing more than 100 different species. The Farm takes its name from Ulysses S. Grant, the 18th President of the United States. In the 1850s, Grant founded and farmed a portion of the 281 acres.
Grant’s Farm will open its gates one last time in 2014 for a Toys for Tots drive on Saturday, Dec. 6. Guests can join the celebration by bringing an unwrapped toy or donation to the event, hosted at the Clydesdales Stables. Bring your camera to take holiday photos with a Budweiser Clydesdale and Marines in full dress. Military vehicles will be parked onsite for exploring, and guests can interact with some of Grant’s Farm’s small animals.
Those who make monetary or toy donations will receive a free pretzel voucher to redeem at the Anheuser-Busch Brewery Biergarten (valid through April 30, 2015) as well as the opportunity to win special door prizes. Beverages and snacks will be available for purchase along with complimentary Budweiser samples for guests 21 and older.
All collected toys will be loaded into a military vehicle and delivered to the less fortunate in the St. Louis community this holiday season. The last Toys for Tots drive at Grant’s Farm, hosted in 2012, collected more than 500 toys for children in need.

Sounds like a nice and fun event. 500 toys it’s a lot, it is nice for businesses to support such events.
