Many women claim that the greatest benefit they derived from becoming pregnant was that it provided them with the motivation to educate themselves about healthy nutritional choices and to begin exercise programs.
If practiced with consistency, healthy eating habits and regular adherence to exercise routines become long-term lifestyle patterns that extend and enhance the lives of those who practice them
