Over a month ago, I shared with you my experience starting the Drop 2 Sizes Challenge with Forward Fitness here in St. Louis. I’m nearing the end and wanted to give you an update on how it’s been going so far!
Drop 2 Sizes Challenge at Forward Fitness
When you start the Drop 2 Sizes Challenge at Forward Fitness, you’ll gain access to weekly accountability/nutrition meetings, recovery tips, and a secret Facebook group. We will even upgrade your membership to 8 weeks of unlimited FIT Camps!
Need help with accountability? As part of the challenge you will get a journal that we will be looking at on a weekly basis. You can expect a text if we haven’t see you in awhile or you skip a FIT Camp you signed up for.
Looking for support? When you become part of our #FitFam you can expect support from the coaches and other members. Part of what is so great about this challenge is you are on the same mission as countless others. You can relate and give and get support. The accountability meetings create an ideal atmosphere for support.
Don’t know what to do? We’ve got you covered on the exercise, nutrition, mindset, and recovery fronts. When you join the challenge you will get a journal with nutrition information and ideas for meals. You will also get information on mindset and recovery. When you come to the gym, we will show you how to do everything so there is no experience needed.
If you follow what the trainers at Forward Fitness tell you, you’re going to be able to complete the program and FIT into those jeans easily at the end of 8 weeks. After 4 weeks of doing some hard – but awesome – workouts, attending accountability meetings and watching what I ate and recording it into my journal, it was time to try on those jeans. I knew that I had lost some inches (I wasn’t sure how much weight I lost because it wasn’t about the scale!) and I knew that I was feeling better and my clothes were fitting better. But right before I slipped those jeans on, I had a moment of panic that they wouldn’t fit. When I pulled them up and was able to button them easily after 4 weeks, I knew I shouldn’t have panicked! I had done exactly what Forward Fitness had told me to do for the last 4 weeks and it WORKED.
The photo above is me 4 weeks into the Drop 2 Sizes Challenge at Forward Fitness. I don’t think I would have seen a difference if I hadn’t seen these photos and I’m so glad that they take these photos and let you try on your jeans throughout the challenge. It was a huge motivator to try on these jeans and see that all my hard work was actually working!
I have been loving working out at Forward Fitness. The trainers are all so motivating and friendly. They know exactly what my body can handle and when to push me. The rest of the people working out at Forward Fitness are so welcoming too – it’s like one giant family! I’ve also loved working out with some fellow bloggers – make sure to check out And Hattie Makes Three and STL Motherhood’s posts about Forward Fitness!
The challenge is wrapping up soon and I can’t wait to share with you the final photo and all my thoughts after the 8 weeks are over!
