All families regard cleanliness and safety as being vital. Beaches that have been awarded the blue flag are some of the most clean and safe available, and within the Paphos district of Cyprus there are eleven of these family-friendly beaches.
The beach at Aphrodite’s rock provides adventures around its rocky crags, clear blue sea, and the gigantic rock where, according to legend, Aphrodite was born from the sea foam. Mythology also suggests that anyone who swims around the rock will be “blessed with eternal beauty.”
