We used them when we had carpet in our home. What a difference it makes when you’re done cleaning.
We haven’t had to rent one in a long time because we own our own rug cleaner now. We have to clean our carpets at least once a week due to an old dog that doesn’t always make it outside. They are easy to rent, though and look a ton easier now that there’s a kiosk for them!
What kind of rug cleaner do you own ? I have a Bissell and it worked for about a year. Terrible product.

I have a pillow top mattress but the “pillow” is memory foam. Can I use the Rug Doctor on the memory foam? Their website is a little vague. It says you cannot use it on your mattress or mattress with memory foam, feathers, or down. But, then goes on to state that you can use their upholstery attachments and cleaner with antifoam. Thanks

When you rent from the kiosk at Walmart do they charge you a deposit?
Ive done this for years!! These are super super easy to use!! I was able to use it while nesting with my DD.
(Hubby had to lift from trunk)
However, it IS lightweight. I was prego so he was overly cautious.
Yes, its fits in the trunk of a car!! You dont need an suv, they are compact.

Yes they are cleaned daily there is a person I know that just got a job and everyday of the week they go to all the stores with rug doctor and clean the machines behind the store and restock it all with clean materials.
They clean them between rentals!
I hate this company beause i went on a sunday and was declined to pay for my purchase thinking i had money yet my card was declinied 3× and find out i had no money in my bank acct turns out rug doc charged that same card 3× one use age alone with no money and no help i strongly hate and dont advise no one to use this money hungry eating company!!!#!!!!!!
