My husband and I love checking out a variety of different vehicles, but I’ve always been drawn to Toyota vehicles. That’s why I am so excited to be a TWIN! No, I don’t have a twin sibling that I just discovered! TWIN stands for Toyota Women’s Influencer Network and I’m completely honored to be a part of a fabulous group of women bloggers.
I don’t currently own a Toyota but I’ve grown up with them my whole life. My entire extended family all drive cars from the Toyota and Lexus brand. I remember running errands with my Aunt in her Toyota Rav4 and being incredibly nervous when my Grandpa let me drive his Lexus GX SUV.
Last year we were incredibly lucky when we had the chance to test drive the 2011 Toyota Sienna on a 16 hour road trip from St. Louis to Disney World. You may think 16 hours sounds like way too long but the time flew by while driving the Sienna.
Last week I was supposed to travel to Los Angeles and spend time learning more about the Toyota company and all of the different vehicles. I couldn’t wait to get behind the wheel of a Prius and a Highlander because those are two cars that I have had my eye on for a long time – and we are now in the market for a new car! I was sick and missed out on the trip but can’t wait to share more with you in the next few months!
I’m also a huge fan of companies that are using their influence for good, so I can’t wait to hear more about Toyota’s 100 Cars for Good. I’ll make sure to share more about it with you soon but it’s a wonderful program where Toyota is giving away 100 cars to nonprofit organizations.
I’d love to hear about your experience with the Toyota brand! Do you have any Toyota’s?
