I’ll never forget the first time Cecelia discovered Jake and the Never Land Pirates. We were in hotel room in Louisville desperately trying to leave to make it on time to a birthday party and we could not pull this girl away from her beloved, new friend Jake. Since then Jake and his crew are a frequent topic here. Cecelia dressed up as Izzy for Halloween and had an Izzy themed birthday party.
When we received the new movie Jake and the Never Land Pirates Never Land Rescue, Cecelia watched it immediately and has watched it multiple times since then, and it’s one of the few movies I’m okay with her watching all the time (it so much better than some of the other TV shows she requests to watch).
This storyline is bound to keep your little one entertained, and I promise, you’ll find it pretty entertaining too:
Jake and the Never Land crew are noticing some rather strange things happening around Pirate Island; magical treasures are disappearing! From Jake’s sword to directions on Cubby’s map, something is just not right on Pirate Island. Jake and his crew go on the “Forever Quest” to try and restore power the Forever Tree which is the source of Never Land’s magic!
Aside from being a full length feature movie, it also contains additional episodes:

It even has 8 BONUS Playing with Skully Cartoon Shorts. These bonus shorts are very child friendly and let the child interact verbally. While they are definitely short, they’re the perfect length to keep your child’s attention.
This movie is perfect for a Friday night family movie and pizza night or even just a day where you feel like curling up on the couch and watching a movie with your little one. If you’re looking for some last minute gifts for the upcoming Holidays, I highly suggest Jake and the Never Land Pirates Never Land Rescue. You and your little will be very pleased with this movie.
