Summer is officially here and it’s HOT out! My kids have been enjoying more than their fair share of ice cream and ice pops pretty early on in the morning. But what about Mom? If you’re looking for a treat where you still get your morning coffee AND can cool off, you’ll love these Kahlua Coffee Ice Pops!
Kahlua Coffee Ice Pops
2 cups of strong black coffee
1/3 cup Hershey’s chocolate syrup
6 Tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup whole milk
3 Tablespoons Kahlua
– Mix all of the ingredients into a pitcher and stir well to incorporate.
– Pour into zipzicle pouches and seal.
– Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
So, when the kids are outside enjoying their ice pops, parents can enjoy one too – with a little extra KICK!

Yummy I love Kahlua and my caffeine but sometimes it’s too hot to drink hot coffee in the summer.
