I’m not sure if I have ever shared how I came up with the name of the blog. I was sitting at my kitchen table and I had decided I wanted to start a blog. As I stared at the blank screen asking for the name of my blog, I looked around my kitchen. My counter was completely covered in sippy cups. My son and I had a slight addiction to sippy cups and we had A LOT. I sat back and though, I’m a Sippy Cup Mom! Over the past few years, I’ve had friends ask what will I do when my son outgrows sippy cups? I figured well, we would have another kid by then. Yup, we had twins which means DOUBLE the sippy cups!
Our favorite sippy cups are from the Playtex brand – since we are just transitioning Olivia and Evie from bottles to cups, I love the wide variety that they offer. But because we have been trying all kinds to see what they like, we have a lot of them. Luckily, Playtex understands that and offers great options to keeping your bottles and sippy cups organized.
Playtex SmartSpace Drying Rack
The new Playtex SmartSpace Drying Rack is intended for bottle drying but since we are using both, it’s become my go to spot for drying bottles AND sippy cups! The unique design uses vertical space so you’re saving counter space. Plus, if you don’t have a lot to dry, it actually breaks in two so you can use just one side of it. It also features an absorbent, microfiber, machine-washable drying mat – no more wet spots on the counter that you have to keep wiping up! It also has a side compartment to hold your little one’s utensils.
Playtex SmartStand Universal Lid Organizer
If you’re like me, you may have lost a few lids to sippy cups a few times. A lot of those cups have converted into regular drinking cups for my son, but I’m determined to be be more organized this time around!
The SmartStand Universal Lid Organizer assembles in seconds with no tools required, you just snap it all together! It doesn’t take up hardly any space so you can have it in your cabinet next to your sippy cups or on the counter. It spins so you can easily find the right lid to a cup plus it’s designed to hold all Playtex™ cups and other sippy cup lids also.
Both the Playtex SmartSpace Drying Rack and the Playtex SmartStand Universal Lid Organizer are great additions to any household. I’m excited to be giving away both to TEN lucky readers!
