The Holiday season is officially here and Kikkoman is here to help!
Are you looking for an easy and special way take your Thanksgiving feast to the next level?
The Savory Turkey Brine with Kikkoman Soy Sauce will ensure that your turkey stays moist while still bringing intense mouth-watering flavors to your Thanksgiving feast.
A longtime chef’s secret, Kikkoman Soy Sauce is not just a condiment for sushi or Chinese food, but every homecook’s secret weapon in soups, stews, marinades, dressings and dipping sauces.
Kikkoman Soy Sauce contains umami, the fifth primary flavor, described as the savory and delicious qualities found in many foods including meat, cheese and mushrooms, for example. Adding umami to your cooking means a more savory result with richer taste and a full-rounded flavor profile.

I had so much fun making these different foods!
The Green Bean Casserole was a little different than I was used to, but still so delicious! I sauteed mushrooms and onions and mixed with cream of mushroom soup. I poured it over the green beans and topped with the Kikkoman Bread Crumbs!
The Glazed Yams were delicious and like nothing I had ever tasted before! They were mixed with Kikko,an Teriyaki Baste and Glaze with Honey and Pineapple. YUM!
The Panko Crusted Mashed Potato Cakes were the favorite among the three of us!
They were a little difficult to make, but soooo good!
I used mashed potatoes mixed with onion and black pepper and then covered in flour and egg and then covered it with Kikkoman Panko Bread Crumbs!
Then, I fried them! Trust me when I say they were delicious!
The turkey was delicious! It was soaked with Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce! It was definitely different than anything I had ever tasted but it was good!
I had so much fun making this dinner! Hayden had a lot of fun playing in the kitchen with his Kikkoman Duck!
A big thanks to Kikkoman for providing this excellent dinner!
