All three of my kids just love books. One of my son’s favorite activities is visiting the library and he loves to load up on new books to flip through. My one year old twins look like they have been readers forever – they will just sit in quiet with books as they flip through the pages. I’m always looking for great new books to add to our family library which is why I was excited to discover The Baby Tree!
Sooner or later, every child will ask, Where do babies come from? Answering this question has never been this easy or entertaining! Join a curious little boy who asks everyone from his babysitter to the mailman, getting all sorts of funny answers along the way, before his parents gently set him straight.
New from award-winning author and illustrator Sophie Blackall comes a beautiful picture book full of playful details to help answer the age-old-question..where do babies come from?
I absolutely love The Baby Tree. The vintage looking illustrations are absolutely gorgeous and might be my favorite part. I love flipping through the pages and so do my girls.

So cute!
Yes I have eight children, and all of them asked this question. Only one wouldn’t take the vague answer that I gave, and insisted on knowing exactly how babies are made. I had to tell him to wait till he was older. (4 years old)

Yes, my kids have asked me.
No kids yet to ask haha
Hi! My son is grown but he never asked me where babies came from. His Dad has “the talk” with him. He’s a Dad now so I would give this to he & my daughter in-law. Thanks!!
