Well, this Sunday will mark the end of one month down on Nutrisystem!
I can hardly believe it! This month has flown by!
I am loving the program and everything it has to offer!
This past week I have been primarily eating their Frozen Food meals and they are so delicious!
I’ve been eating Steak n Cheese Melts, Pizza, Breakfast Burritos and Ice Cream!
YUM!

This week has been a little challenging. I was coming off celebrating Thanksgiving and my sleep being messed up from shopping on Black Friday (10pm-3am and then 7am-noon!).
It’s also my TOM (Ladies, you know what that is!) and I crave comfort food. It was hard to get all my water in (that is such a challenge for me!) and I had no desire to work out!
Hayden and I both have had fevers off and on this week so we have done a lot of sitting on the couch and watching Disney movies.
So total weight loss for the week is:
0
But you know what? I’m okay with that! The past week was challenging but I learned what I need to do to overcome it!
Plus, my month is officially over on Sunday, maybe I can lose a couple ounces by then! 😉

That is a total of 9.4 pounds lost for ONE month! Which included a holiday!
