I am sure you have heard about the wonderful Make-A-Wish Foundation.
April 29th is World Wish Day, a global celebration of wish giving!
I wanted to share this wonderful wish that was granted to 15 year old Jacob Trammel, who wanted to meet his sports hero Albert Pujols.
Living in st. Louis, I’m a huge fan of Albert Pujols and what he does for our community, the Pujols Family Foundation and of course this wish he helped grant.

I’m so glad to see you shared this, we attended world wish day, yesterday in San Antonio at Morgans Wonderland. My daughter, Mia is 4 years old and is currently fighting acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Mia wished to go to Disney World last year and was granted that wish. It was the best trip and the Make A Wish foundation took care of EVERYTHING!! We didn’t pay one penny for anything on the trip. They put us up at a place called Give Kids the World and gave us spending money, and tickets to all the Disney parks, Universal Studios and Sea World. My little hero loved it and always says she wishes she could start her wish trip all over again. It truly was great to forget about the hospitals and chemo for a little bit. For once we felt “normal!” Thanks so much, have a blessed day!!
