Now that Easter is over the kids have a ton of candy to munch on. My husband also gets his share of their candy. Of course the candy brings sugar highs along with potential cavities caused by sugar bugs. These bugs can invade your kids’ teeth and form vicious cavities costing extra expenses in dental bills. As a parent, I don’t want to take my child to the dentist more than twice a year.
When I told Caleb about his new toothbrush he lit up. When he saw the box with the cute character and bright colors he wanted to open it that instant. Once we removed the brush from the package, he saw the plethora of stickers and the eight designs he could choose from. He was so happy to pick his design and apply the sticker to his toothbrush with Daddy.
The dentist- recommended time for brushing is two minutes twice a day. My kids have issues with brushing their teeth for two minutes or even at all. I am really excited about this Philips Sonicare For Kids rechargeable sonic toothbrush because it solves my issue with getting my kids to brush their teeth for at least two minutes. My son, Caleb, wanted to keep brushing his teeth. I finally had to convince him that it would still be in the bathroom in the morning. The toothbrush was very easy for Caleb to hold and maneuver. We tried the low and high power modes and Caleb was able to handle both modes without any problems. I feel comfortable with Caleb using this toothbrush because it has an ultra-soft brush head that will gently clean his teeth and protect them throughout the time they grow.
Philips Sonicare has come up with a solution designed just for kids. Their Bluetooth enabled rechargeable sonic toothbrush motivates kids through a fun app to develop life-long oral health care habits. Caleb loved playing with the app. He is anxiously waiting until his next reward! I like the parent dashboard on the app which allows me to monitor his brushing habits and track his progress.
I am more at ease now when it comes to Caleb brushing the sugar bugs off his teeth. I feel that he will continue to brush his teeth two minutes twice a day because of the fun app and design of the toothbrush.
The results of the toothbrush are outstanding. The Philips Sonicare toothbrush has patented sonic technology that drives fluid between teeth and along the gum-line, gently delivering more than 500 brush strokes per second. They say it is great with kids with braces as it reaches particles in and around brackets. The Philips Sonicare guaranteed 75% more effective than manual toothbrushes in hard to reach places. Now I have tile grout cleaners because we will no longer be using manual toothbrushes.
You can find Philips Sonicare For Kids at Amazon, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, and others. You can download the Philips Sonicare For Kids app in the Apple and Google Play app stores.

This is great! I love that parents can see just how long their kid is brushing! I may have to get this for my almost 12 year old who has braces and is driving me insane because he’s not brushing properly.
