Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching and I’m so excited that I’ve got a new tradition to start with my kids – I’m making them each Valentine’s Day gift baskets! When I recently discovered the new that are only available at Target, I knew that I wanted to get some for some of the important people in our life.
Sure, I could just fill up a jar with these cute candies but I wanted to present it in a cute way – enter a Hershey’s Kisses Flower Bouquet!
I’m always a fan of easy crafts so I knew this would have to be easy to make and cute also! Luckily, this is both! Take a look at the supplies you will need to make this fun Valentine’s Day gift.
Supplies
- Tin Bucket
- Styrofoam
- Wooden Dowel Rods
- Green Washi Tape
- Foam Flowers
- Glue Dots
- Additional Embellishments for Bouquet
- Hershey’s Kisses Conversation Candies
I debated cutting flowers from card stock but when I saw these foam flowers at the craft store, I knew they would be perfect plus the colors were great for Valentine’s Day. Once I placed the Styrofoam in the tin bucket, I wrapped the green washi tape around the wooden dowel rods and then stuck them into the bucket.
Using a glue dot, I placed one on the back of each Hershey’s Kisses and then placed it on the foam flower. Using another glue dot, I placed the foam flower on the wooden dowel rod. And that’s it! You have a super cute Valentine’s Gift for someone special in your life! We made one for the kids teachers and another for a friend. These Hershey’s Kisses Conversation Candies are the perfect sweet treat for Valentine’s Day and I love that they have these sweet sayings like XO, Sweet KISS and more! They would also be great for a classroom party!
