We are headed to the beach next week and I absolutely can’t wait! It’s all my kids have been talking about for the past few weeks and it’s even more special as we will be going with my whole extended family. Yup, 20 of us staying in one big ol’ house. I’m sure it will be….interesting, but fun! I feel like I’ve been planning for this trip for ages, buying stuff here and there and making endless lists on my phone. My plans for next week? Pretty much nothing! I am looking forward to a week of going back and forth between the beach and the pool with maybe a little dolphin cruise in between for the kids.
I know that there is a HUGE difference between the sun here at home and the sun on the beach in Florida so I’m totally stocked with Banana Boat® sunscreen for the whole entire family. In fact, I am sure that I will have enough for the whole house! I know how important it is to apply 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) of sunscreen to me and my kids’ entire bodies 30 minutes before going outside. Don’t wait until you get to the pool or beach! It’s also important to reapply every two hours or immediately after swimming or excessive sweating. Set the timer on your watch or phone if you have to – I know I plan on doing it.
