Squeeeeeeeee! That’s my best Pinkie Pie impression because I am SO excited about My Little Pony: The Movie that comes out in theaters on October 7th! I grew up playing with My Little Pony toys (oh, how I wish I still had them!) and it’s no surprise that my girls LOVE My Little Pony. They keep asking me when it will be Friday so in addition to just watching the new trailer over and over again, we decided to make our own My Little Pony Tails! The good news is that it’s super easy to do so!

Olivia’s favorite My Little Pony is Rainbow Dash and Evie’s favorite is Pinkie Pie so we had to make those tails first!

Make Your Own My Little Pony Tails

Materials

Yarn in Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Purple (for Rainbow Dash) and Pink (for Pinkie Pie)
Clips – I got these from Dollar Tree but you can find them on Amazon too

Instructions

Cut 6 12 inch pieces of yarn for each color. For Pinkie Pie, you’ll cut 30 pieces.
Tie each color bundle to the clip.

Clip the tail on your little one and they will be instantly transformed into a My Little Pony! 🙂
