Have you met Shabby Apple? If not, you should now! Shabby Apple was started by women who saw a need for fashion to return to stylish, feminine and classy. They felt women should feel beautiful in “what they wear, not what they bare”. The styles are fun and flirty but yet comfortable for any event!
Shabby Apple has an extensive selection of dresses, from casual to ritzy black tie event numbers! They are divided up into gorgeous collections, which include: the glamorous Tinsel Town, the Paris inspired Oh La La, the beautiful vintage 65 and the whimsical Mad Hatter. Plus sizes are available and if you are not sure what style will properly emphasize your assets, take the Fit to Flatter quiz.
Besides dresses, Shabby Apple also offers a lovely selection of skirts, blouses and accessories! Shoes, scarves and jewelry, oh my! If you have a wee one, you have to check out the adorable Queen of Hearts dress in the Shabby Baby section. And if all that is not enough Shabby Apple also has fitness wear, a collection called “Arts and Crafts”, and a selection of swimwear is sexy yet not too revealing.
The Red Queen is one of the most swoon-worthy dresses in the Mad Hatter collection. I love the scalloped tiers of lace.
Would you believe me if I told you the Red Carpet dress was machine washable? Amazing!
I adore the vintage sage green lace Love Me Do dress! I love when flirty and classy combine so gracefully!
The wonderful people at Shabby Apple sent me the gorgeous, free flowing Piazza Navona dress from the Roamin Holiday line.
The first thing I noticed about this pretty dress was that wrinkles literally fall out of it! Out of the package it had a substantial amount of wrinkles and creases. One night on a hanger and they all just disappeared! How great is that? A graceful, elegant dress that de-wrinkles itself! The fabric is soft and flowing. It feels satiny on the skin and is the perfect mix of comfort and elegance. It can be dressed up with heels and accessories or perfectly casual with your favorite pair of flip flops!
The style does run large, as stated in the description on the Shabby Apple website. I normally wear a size 10 or 12 and the medium fit me perfectly. The Piazza Navona dress is very long-I am 5’10” and it was of an adequate length for my tall frame. The fabric and construction is of very high quality. It is definitely a versatile dress that would become a favorite in any collection and every bit worth the price tag of $78.
