Thank you Noodles & Co for sponsoring this event. All opinions are my own.
I’ve worked with our local Noodles & Co for a few years now and I always enjoy learning about their new partnerships and tasting their delicious dishes. It’s a favorite place of mine to eat and this month they treated some local bloggers to a fun Mom’s Night Out!
For the event, we were at the Butterfly House in Chesterfield, Missouri. I actually have never been there before so I was excited to check it out – and now I can’t wait to bring my kids there this summer!
Before dinner, we got to explore the Butterfly House. It was pretty magical to be in there seeing all of the butterflies!

Noodles & Co Dinner and Dessert
For this Mom’s Night Out, I brought my Mom with me who has never tried Noodles & Co. She was so excited to try it and wasn’t disappointed. We had the chance to sample:
- The Med Salad
- Buffalo Mac Chicken Mac
- Pad Thai
- Zucchini Romesco
- Cheesy Garlic Bread
I decided I was going to try a little bit of everything because you never know when you’ll find your new Noodles & Co favorite. I thought for sure that the Buffalo Chicken Mac would be my favorite but I was blown away by the Pad Thai. I never would have ordered it on my own but after trying it, I know I’ll be getting it again because it was so good! I also was excited to try the Zucchini Romesco! That’s right, if you’re watching your carbs, you can now get any Noodles & Co dish with zoodles!
The Zucchini Romesco featured the zucchini noodles, carrots, broccoli and feta cheese with a red pepper sauce – yum! I love that Noodles & Co is offering up this option now. I have been on a low carb diet before and have missed my pasta fix!
For dessert, we got to have samples from Nothing Bundt Cakes – Chesterfield! This was the most moist cake that I have ever had in my life! This was definitely cake goals. We got to bring a small bundt cake home and while my daughters and I enjoyed it, it would make the perfect gift too!
It was so nice to get out and network with other local St. Louis bloggers while enjoying a great meal. A huge thank you to Nothing Bundt Cakes – Chesterfield, The Butterfly House, Macy’s -Chesterfield Mall and Ernstrom Chiropractic for helping Noodles & Co sponsor this fun event.
I LOVE Noodles and Company! I was just there last Sunday and tried the Pad Thai…it is OUTSTANDING! A bit spicy and sweet at the same time. You should try it with a side order of shrimp! YUM! Those cakes look to die for…I’ll have to check Nothing Bundt Cakes out…cute name!
