My husband and I have long been fans of Outback Steakhouse. When I was asked to be a part of the Outback Best Mates program, I jumped at the chance. The last few months, my family has been enjoying Outback at least one a month for dinner since they always have such great specials. Recently though, my husband and I had the chance for a Date Night out so we headed to Outback Steakhouse to try their new Moonshine BBQ menu!
We both love anything BBQ, so were were eager to try their new menu. I wasn’t so sure how I would like the moonshine flavor as a few weeks ago, I tried some moonshine at a family gathering and I wasn’t a fan. However, the sweet flavor of Outback’s moonshine combined with BBQ was delicious! Check out a few of the items we ordered off the new menu.
Moonshine Cocktails – Huckleberry Hooch, Watermelon Hunch Punch or Just Peachee Moonshine Cocktails! These were some of the BEST cocktails I have ever had, hands down. These are perfect for summer and I’m inspired to try and make them myself at home. My husband enjoyed the Huckleberry Hooch while I tried both the Watermelon Hunch Punch and Just Peachee cocktails. I loved how they are served in mason jars – so fun for summer!
Moonshine BBQ Wings – Wood-fire grilled chicken wings tossed with our chef inspired Moonshine BBQ sauce and served with ranch dressing. These were easily some of the best wings I have ever had! So juicy and delicious!
Moonshine BBQ Combo Platter – A trio of Moonshine-infused flavor thrills – Bacon Wrapped Shrimp, 1/3 rack of Moonshine BBQ Ribs and a Wood-Fire Grilled Chicken on the Barbie, served with a side dish. This is what I ordered and it was truly the best of everything. Those ribs were SO good – they fell apart and had that delicious sweet and spicy taste of the Moonshine BBQ sauce.
Double Moonshine Burger – My husband is a huge fan of burgers and he regularly gets the Aged Cheddar Bacon Burger. He was excited to try the Double Moonshine Burger and it DID NOT disappoint!
Skillet Apple Pie – After we were good and full, we still had to try the Skillet Apple Pie, which is Warm apples and cinnamon baked in a flaky crust and topped with Blue Bell® Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream. Yup, you guessed it. It was delicious.
Those were just some of the delicious options that we tried from the Outback Steakhouse Moonshine BBQ menu. You’ll also be able to order Sirloin with Moonshine BBQ Bacon Wrapped Shrimp, Moonshine BBQ Ribs and the Moonshine BBQ Chopped Salad.

Oh wow all the food and drinks look so darn delicious. We love going to outback and so want to try the moonshine bbq menu.
