As you can see we have lots of Legos! I have them sorted as best I can, and if I lucky we can go one day without the floor being covered in little pieces and bricks. I hate these being all over the floor especially the clear ones. Who thought a clear Lego was a good idea? It’s a painful one that’s what it is. This is my least favorite thing to clean up, and the kids don’t like doing it either.
Here comes Toydozer. This handy guy has a scoop and gatherer to help speed up cleaning time. Swoop and dump that’s all there is to it. It is available on Toydozer’s store for $14.99 in blue, red, purple, or yellow. We got the blue one to try out.
I demonstrated to the kids with their Trashies that were scattered about on the floor. I was doing this one handed with the camera and it still was easy. The scoop is heavy enough on the carpet it didn’t slide around.
Figured we needed a really good test so I dumped the big box of bricks on the floor!
My daughter who’s 4 got to scooping, and finally let her brother, 9 have a turn. Both of them easily maneuvered the gatherer and drug in bricks into the scoop.
Dumping got a little crazy with the Girl. She was trying to toss them in the box so a reminder about that and the bricks were all picked up in a couple minutes.
Pros:
Large scoop can hold many toys at a time
Gatherer drags in toys every well
Velcro in the scoop attaches the gatherer so they don’t get separated
Toy pick up is fun for the kids
Cons:
The gatherer will gather everything including crumbs on the floor into your scoop
Fights between the kids over whose turn it is (I’ll take fighting when it’s involves them wanting to clean!)

Wow! Toydozer looks awesome. W totally need this. My kids are crazy about their Legos.
This looks so much easier than cleaning up one tiny piece at a time!
and help us all if you step on one! LOL
YES YES YES! I need this in my home STAT! 🙂
My kids rooms needs this. I was just getting after them yesterday for having small toys on the ground. And they had to pick them up one by one.
That is pure genius!
That toy dozer is absolutely awesome! It would definitely help my boys clean up their legos a lot faster!
I need this! We have LEGOs all over the place, and they’re a pain to pick up by hand!
That’s so handy! I have to get one!
Legos are so time consuming to pick up! I love that there is velco to keep the two pieces together..simple things like that make such a difference.
I heard about this from another blog I follow .. this is a very cool idea, definitely a great tool to pick up those tiny Lego’s pieces (they are everywhere!!).
We were just fussy at our grandchildren last night, because of all the legos that were scattered throughout the house. I’m gonna go order a couple of these right now!
I need this to get up all those tiny little LEGOS. They are everywhere
