Week Ten is over!
Wow!
The time is just flying by!
This week was hard for me. I talked about it in the previous post.
I eat when I’m stressed. And I eat a lot and I eat junk food.
I ate my Nutrisystem meals but did eat out the past few days. I tried to pick good choices. I WANTED to pick good choices.
But stress took over and I said screw it.
I know that I need to get back on track. That life can throw you curveballs and I can’t let it get me off path.
When I was eating my Nutrisystem meals and drinking my water, I felt GREAT!
Amazing with lots of energy!
Next time when I am stressed I need to make sure I have my Nutrisystem meals with me. And call on my friends and the online group for support.
For my next order I ordered some lunch bars so I can eat them on to go and they will fill me up because they are full of protein!
So I did my weigh in today. I knew it wasn’t going to be good.
I was UP 1 pound.
So I am back down to a 14 pound weight loss.
But I can’t let it get me down!
Make sure you check in with my buddies Heather over at OurKidsMom and Heather at Living on Love and Cents! They are doing a fantastic job too!

I hear you, stress eating is hard to avoid sometimes. Considering the week you had, I actually think being up only 1 pound isn't bad! And, looking at the big picture, you're still down 14 pounds, which is amazing! Keep doing the best you can!
I have no idea how I came across your blog.. but I am glad I did. I am a new follower. Off to read some more.

People look at people who are overweight and say to themselves "Why don't they just quit eating so much" Only those that have been there done that know dieting is a war. It is a war with your mind, body, and spirit. Everyone has little fallbacks and you can only learn from them so the next time you become stress you can choose different choices.
You are truly doing great. Just remember why you are dieting, and what the future will hold when the weight comes off. We all feel better when we see ourselves achieving something we REALLY want. You can do this!
How did you get on Nutrisystem for free? I saw that you are getting it free in exchange for blogging…how did you do that? I have been wanting to do it, but the price holds me back. If I didn't have a family I'd jump right in! I am interested to know more about this, please! You can follow my blog, which is mostly personal but includes my weight loss struggle…https://dawn-wemaynothaveitalltogether.blogspot.com/ OR email me @ bowler_girl27@yahoo.com
Oh Melissa… you did great! Only 1 lb and all that stress? Don't beat yourself up and remember you are down 14 lbs!
Hang in there and I am only a text away!!! Hayden will do great. I know, you're his mommy and you can't help but worry. The doctors you took him to are some of the best!
Melissa you are so strong and awesome! Think about it –even on a "bad" week you only gained ONE pound. So really it was not "bad"! Just back on track this week. Remember to take your NS foods and healthy snacks with you. Carrots are a great think to munch on! I am only a text, email or call away! Any time! Stay strong! You are doing great!
I am the exact same way!! Girl, you are doing so good, don't worry about 1lb!!
We all have set backs but as long as we know to get back on track it's all good.
You've inspired me and I know you can do better this week. Hugs to you.
I love eating the bar for lunch. I'm always on the go and it's nice to grab and go and not worry about eating something else.
Hi! I found your blog on the Relax and Surf blog hop.
I've red a few posts ~ congrats on the weight loss and working toward your goal (even if you fall behind every once in a while). It is really hard to do! I also read your post about your son and his surgery. I didn't know any of that stuff… I have a three year old and he was just very ill. He had a fever of 102 and was just so lethargic a couple of weeks ago. He just got back to eating right today (ate me out of house and home!).
Anyway, I'm glad I came across your blog and read that in case I start to notice my son doing the same thing. Good luck to you and your family. I couldn't imagine what you're going through, thankfully, you guys have the best doctors! I'll be checking back in to see how things are going 🙂 Have a nice weekend and try to relax a bit before his surgery.
I'm a fellow ABE blogger stopping by following you if you would follow me back please if your not already and see you on the 18th Evoluchun's Misc.
You are still down 14! Don't lose sight of that. Setbacks are to be expected. But you need to just keep trucking on!
