My son Isaac is almost 4 and he was SO excited.  He can recognize his name, so when he saw it pop up on the elf’s screen, he squealed, “That’s me! That says I-S-A-A-C!” As Santa began speaking, his eyes stayed as wide as saucers and he couldn’t contain himself when Santa said, “Isaac, you’re 3, and you go to preschool?”  Sidebar: we’ve been having issues with him eating vegetables lately, and this was a choice during personalization that Santa can address!  Love this.  When Santa told Isaac he has been asked to eat them, Isaac was just in disbelief!  “How does he know!?” “Santa knows everything!”  That sense of wonder and amazement is so beautiful through a child’s eyes!
