I was menu planning last week and trying to think of some quick and easy meals. One of my usual go-to meals is pizza but then I remembered a post I saw on Crazy About My Baybah about French Bread Pizza and I knew that it would be a hit in our household too!
This lunch or dinner is quick, delicious and easy enough that your kids can help you make it! I’ve also found the key to getting the bread crunchy is to heat the oven to 500. That way it doesn’t cook as long and won’t come out soft and chewy!
- -2 Loaves of French Bread {Will feed 4+ people}
- - 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
- - Pizza Sauce
- - Toppings such as Pepperoni, Bacon, Onions, Green Peppers, Mushrooms...get creative!
- - Preheat oven to 500
- - Slice french bread
- - Spread pizza sauce on bread
- - Sprinkle cheese on top of pizza sauce
- - Top with your choice of toppings
- - Cook for 7 minutes or until cheese is melted
- - Enjoy!
This is definitely a new addition to our menu planning! How do you like to make pizza in your house?
