How Far Along:
37 weeks, 4 Days!
Total Weight Gain:
Up 30 pounds – yikes! I’ve gained about 9 pounds in the last 3 weeks. The babies have dropped a bit though allowing me to have a bigger appetite.
How Big Are The Babies?
We haven’t had a growth ultrasound since 34 weeks where Baby A at 5 pounds, 3 ounces and Baby B at 4 pounds, 15 ounces! I can’t wait to see what their weights are now, but we won’t have another growth ultrasound until this Friday.
Food Cravings:
Still SWEETS!
Food Aversions:
Nothing in particular!
Symptoms:
– Pelvic Pain – These babies have to weigh a lot because it’s just getting a lot harder to walk and even sit comfortably. I have a lot of pressure and pelvic pain.
Ultrasounds:
Yesterday I had a quick ultrasound for a BPP. Of course, Baby A is still breech and Baby B is head down but they are both looking good! We will have a longer ultrasound on Friday and then meet them on Monday!
This Week, We’re Talking About…
The Delivery and Hayden
The big date is for sure on Monday, February 25th at 7:30am. I’m very nervous about a c-section but my doctor has done a good job explaining everything. The surgery should be done by 9am and we will be in recovery for about an hour.
Hayden will be up at the hospital waiting with our Moms and we plan on him being the first one in the room to meet the girls. He has a lovey to give each girl and they will have presents waiting for him too!
Appointments:
Thursday is my last appointment with my OB and then I’ll see her Monday for the surgery! Friday is my last NST with my high risk doctor where I’ll also get a growth ultrasound.
I can hardly believe we will be meeting the girls on Monday! I’ll see if I can get a quick post up but be sure to follow me on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram because you know I’ll be sharing pictures there!

I am in total disbelief that the girls are going to be here on Monday, I just can’t get over how quickly this pregnancy flew by (for me. I’m sure that had I been the one actually carrying two babies that I might think otherwise. 🙂 ). I’m going to be on the edge of my seat all morning on Monday waiting to hear about your gorgeous new babies!!

How exciting!! It seems like it was just a month or less ago when you shared with all of us that you were expecting! Of course time always goes by faster when you’re not the pregnant one.

30 lbs with twins doesn’t sound a big weight gain at all to me (I did that easily with one..twice) I bet your body is feeling it. Good Luck Monday!! I’m sure it will go great!
