My mouth is watering just reading this recipe! This is pretty much the easiest and most delicious recipe you will ever make and you will love to include when you are doing meal prep for the week.

1 Stick Margarine
6 Large Idaho/Michigan Potatoes – Sliced
1/4 Cup Chopped White Onion
Season to taste – I use salt and Morton’s Nature Seasoning.
Fry until cooked and browning, turning occasionally.
