One of my favorite dishes is Chicken Parmesan – it’s so good! I’ve been looking for an easy recipe that also doesn’t include frying and this is SO delicious and easy!
What’s interesting about this recipe is that you bake it and there’s no frying. Instead of breading, it uses croutons! I found the original recipe on Pinterest of course from the blog Food Wishes. I always use the most basic of ingredients though, so I only used 4 ingredients here, which is way less than the original recipe.
Here’s what you need:
– 5-6 Chicken Breasts
– 2 Cups Marinara Sauce
– 1 Package Seasoned Croutons {I used Italian!}
– 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella Cheese
– Olive Oil
Create
– Brush the bottom of a 9×13 pan with olive oil.
– Place chicken breasts in pan.
– Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken.
– Sprinkle 4 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken and sauce.
– Sprinkle crumbled croutons over the cheese. {I fill a ziploc bag up with croutons and crush with a rolling pin}
– Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top of the croutons.
– Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Enjoy! How do you like to make Chicken Parmesan?

Thanks, this looks so easy! I have croutons on hand so I think I’ll have this for dinner on Tuesday except I’ll try to make my own marinara.
