YUM! Here is a great recipe from Sarah of Sarah”s Deals!
Lasagna Rolls
I found that doing it this way was easier for smaller portions. I did 2 7.5″x7.5″ pans instead of one 13×9. Obviously the dimensions are different than the noodles.
Instead of making large layers, I laid each noodle out on the counter (after cooking!). Then I layered spaghetti sauce, hamburger (you can use turkey burger) and cottage cheese. After that I rolled.
I spread a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of the pan and placed the rolls on top of it to prevent burning them to the pan:
For 2 pans I used 12 noodles total. Once all rolls were in place, I added more sauce and mozzarella cheese to the top. Each pan was placed in a gallon zipper bag and air was removed. I did NOT bake (my hubby doesn’t like reheated lasagna!). I wrote baking instructions in permanent marker on the bags, that way even if I’m going to be gone I can pull the pan out in the morning and allow it thaw through the day and my hubby knows what to do with it that evening!

Looks delicious! I saw something similar on Olive Garden’s menu. We love lasagna so I may have to try these.

Thanks for the lasagna rolls recipe. These are great because they are portioned out already.
