It’s fall and for some reason, it always makes me want to eat a home cooked meal. One of my go-to meals for the fall is Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing.
I found this recipe a few years ago and not only is it delicious, but it’s super easy to make. In fact, it’s only 3 ingredients!
The only 3 ingredients you need are:
1 box of Stove Top Stuffing
1 can (21 oz.) of Apple Pie Filling
6 boneless Pork Chops (I’ve used 3-4 before)
Heat your oven to 375 degrees.
Prepare the stuffing on your stove top as the package directs.
Spread the pie filling on the bottom of a 13×9 baking dish, lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
Top the pie filling with pork chops.
Top the pork chops with the stuffing.
Cover your dish and bake for 40 minutes or until the pork chops are completely done. I usually remove the cover after 30 minutes.
Take out of the oven and enjoy! You can also substitute this with chicken, which I’ll be trying soon!
Have you ever tried this recipe? What is your favorite “Fall Dish”?
