Lately, I’ve been all about having less. I’ve currently going through each room in my house and filling up bags to donate to our local thrift stores. Clothes, toys, books – you name it, I’m all about recycling or donating it! Did you also know that you can recycle old devices you may have laying around the house with the Verizon Device Recycling Program?
If you have old phones or tablets at home, there’s two choices you have with Verizon and both do good. First, there’s the Verizon Device Recycling Program where you can bring in a device from ANY carrier. If your device qualifies, you can receive a Verizon Wireless Virtual Gift Card or a credit applied to your Verizon Wireless Account.
If you’re not interested in getting a credit or you have a device that doesn’t qualify, you can donate it to HopeLine® from Verizon, a program that provides support to victims and survivors of domestic violence. Read more about how YOU can take action against domestic violence with the HopeLine program.

Have you ever recycled a device?
Disclosure: As member of a pretty cool team of influencers, I have received some great items from Verizon Wireless. No additional compensation was provided nor did I promise positive feedback. All opinions are my own.
This is a awesome program to help keep devices from thrown in the garbage, and love that it rewards you with credit or a option to donate. Very cool!
What a cool program. I have not recycled a device before.
I have not recycled a device, but I need to! This program sounds great and I have some devices that I need to have recycled because it helps the enviornment!
I never have but it makes sense. I usually hang on to them for the “stuff” that may be there but I could always pull my photos and such off. I’ll have to consider cleaning out the old cell phone drawer!
Thanks for sharing about this recycling program, this is good to know about. I will have to gather up our old devices and take them in.
