What do my purse, the pocket in my jeans, the junk drawer in the kitchen, my nightstand and the bathroom counter top all have in common? You can find at least one, if not more lip balms in all of those locations! I love lip balm and am constantly applying it. I have high standards and Softlips lives up to all of them.

Softlips goes on light, wonderfully smooth and is ultra-moisturizing. Softlips gives you a sheer glossing effect which is great by itself or perfect as a base under those “stay put” lipsticks that tend to turn dry and flaky. One good application keeps my lips moisturized all night long and I wake with fantastic results. And for daytime use the SPF20 offers effective protection from the sun – so important with long summer days right around the corner!

I decided to take Softlips for a test run in what could be the greatest challenge I could put it to: an early morning run (honestly more like a really slow and painful jog) on a cold day. After 45 minutes of hard breathing in a stiff headwind I was still sporting lips that were soft and not the least bit dry! During all day wear I find myself reapplying much less often than other lip balms. Softlips comes in a number of delicious flavors, such as Vanilla, Cherry, Strawberry, Mint with a hint of Vanilla, and Raspberry with Green Tea Extract (my personal favorite). The fruit flavors have just the right amount of sweetness and none of the flavors are too overwhelming with a hint of menthol evident in each that I tried. I love that they are so petite and easy to carry! They easily tuck into purses, pockets and small cosmetic cases.
