I also love that I’m able to do it in the comfort of my own home with no one watching me! Even though I’m tired, I really feeling like I’m strengthening and toning my body with this workout – which will help me when I deliver AND after the babies come!

That DVD sounds great. I’ve definitely heard that if you stay in shape while pregnant, the pounds will come off in no time after pregnancy!

I think it’s so cool that they have special work out DVDs for pregnant ladies! You don’t have to worry about doing anything unsafe for the baby that way!
