Hello everyone! I am super excited to be a new contributor on Sippy Cup Mom! I was just as excited when I found out I’d be reviewing the newest addition to the SuperPretzel family, Sweet Cinnamon Soft Pretzels. Made by J&J Snack Foods, these sweet treats are great for breakfast, snack time or dessert.
I like that I can go into the grocery store and buy these soft pretzels. I can remember a time when that was not the case. They are sold in boxes of 6, and can be found in the frozen snacks section. I wanted to try these for myself, so I made a few for me and a few for my little one. You can heat them up in the conventional oven or a toaster oven. They may also be warmed up in the microwave, which is what I used. I heated them up 2 at a time, which will only take 60 seconds. When they come out of the microwave, all hot and smelling delish, you’ll want to put a little butter on them and let it melt. Next, use the cinnamon sugar mixture (included) and sprinkle a little on top. That’s all there is to it! Take your first bite and enjoy!
These are very tasty, with just the right amount of sweetness…not too sweet. I like that the dough is infused with cinnamon, so if you choose not to sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on them, you will still be able to taste the cinnamon in them. They are soft and chewy and oh-so-yummy! My little one really enjoyed trying them, but he wasn’t the only one! My MIL was here visiting for the holidays and she put her own little spin on them. She opted not to use the sugar mixture and instead melted some cheese and drizzled that over hers. I must admit, she knows what she’s doing, because it tasted fantastic! You could still taste the sweetness and the cinnamon, the combination really worked well together.
If you aren’t a cheese person, maybe you’d prefer to dip your pretzel in chocolate sauce, or maybe slather some icing over the top. How about eating it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream? That would be so yummy!
How do you plan on eating your Sweet Cinnamon Soft Pretzel?!

I have never tried any SuperPretzel products or a sweet pretzel. I usually just eat a soft pretzel with some cheese. These look so delicious. I will definitely have to pick some of these up and try them. Thank you for the great review!
